Important changes from Monday 10th November 2025

We are changing the way you book appointments from Monday 10th November. All GP appointment requests will be triaged by a GP and booked in based on clinical need. It means you will get the right care at the right time.

From Monday 10th November you can continue to contact us through the online form using the link below – or you can call us or walk into the Surgery and our team will then complete the form with you.
