To book an appointment, you can either:
- Book online using the NHS App – book online using the NHS App
- Phone or attend the Surgery– check our contact us page
- The appointment system has both pre-bookable and same day appointments available every day. Same day appointments will only be released at the beginning of each day.
- Patients who need to be seen urgently will be seen as quickly as medically necessary, but will have to see whichever doctor is available.
- Please give as much detail of your problem as you can, so that the receptionist can arrange a suitable appointment.
- Please notify reception as soon as possible if you have to cancel an appointment.
- Each appointment is scheduled to last 10 minutes to discuss one problem.
Appointment Reason
When making your appointment you may find the receptionist will ask you for a brief reason for your appointment. This is so that your appointment is booked appropriately with the correct clinician.
Cancelling your appointment
Every month there are a number of missed appointments within the surgery. If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the appointment to someone else.
You can cancel your appointment online or by calling the practice.
Extended access
We provide evening and weekend appointments outside of our normal opening hours. These can be booked by the surgery or by calling 111.
Extended access appointments may be at a different location.

loss of consciousness
an acute confused state
fits that are not stopping
chest pain
breathing difficulties
severe bleeding that cannot be stopped
severe allergic reactions
severe burns or scalds
